4. Leave Alcohol or in Limit :
- If you don’t drink alcohol then it’s good for your health but if you drink alcohol then drink it but in a limit . don’t drink beyond your consumption capacity . Because it can destroy your Liver and as well as some parts of your body . Alcohol makes your immune system weak . Over drinking of alcohol can destroy your immune system . so avoid drinking of alcohol beyond your capacity .
5. Don’t take stress :
