1. Apple :

Ek research ke mutabik jo log din me ek apple khate hain . Un logo ko  doctor ke pass jane ki jaane jarur nai hain . Apple ke under jaruri vitamin , mineral , dietary protein hote hain . jo hamre body ke liye bahot jaruri hain . Agar hum apple ko uski skin ke sath khate hain . To vo bahot beneficial hain hamare body growth ke liye .

2. BANANA  :

Banana ek esa fruit hain jo kahi bhi easily mil jata hain . Generally banana main higher amount main energy hoti hain . Weight badhane ke liye banana sabse achha fruit hota hain . Hum banana ko milk ke sath le sakte hain . Isse hamara body growth jaldi hota hain .

3. Broccoli :

Broccoli main sabse jyada dietary fibers hote hain . Broccoli mr anti-tumor properties hoti hain . Broccoli khane se eyes no thandak milti hain . Or usse eyes ke numbers b kam hote hain . Usme vit b3 hota hain . jisse body main energy rahti hain.

4. LEMON :

Lemon main sabse jyada vitamin C hota hain . Daily lemon ka juice pine se skin problems door hoti hain . Lemon juice pine se body me fresh feel  hota hain . Jin logo ko hair related problems hain vo lemon ka use kar sakte hain . Lemon main 80-90 % citric acid hota hain . Jo ki human body ke liye useful hain .

5. ONION :

Onion taste main pungent hota hain . Usko khane se body temperature maintain rahta hain . Onion Alopesia me usefull hain . Mainly white onion hair growth ke liye use hota hain . Us me sabse jyada amount me sulfur present hota hain . Onion ke under mineral b hote hain . Sabse jyada usme chromium hota hain . Jo ki blood sugar level kam ( lower ) karta hain .
